Why should I put a lemon in the washing machine?

Steps to follow
Preparing the lemon: Start by cutting the lemon in half and placing it in the drum of your washing machine, with no clothes inside.
Apply toothpaste to the inside of the machine door for extra cleanliness.
Adding Bicarbonate and Vinegar: To ensure cleanliness, absence of unpleasant odors and disinfection, add baking soda and cleaning vinegar.
Final Step: Finally, for a complete clean, add fabric softener and detergent.
Cleaning frequency
We recommend carrying out this procedure at least once a month, depending on how regularly you use your washing machine.

A few more tips :
Regular use of White Vinegar:
In addition to lemon, white vinegar is an excellent natural disinfectant. It helps eliminate limescale residues and unpleasant odors. Pour half a liter of white vinegar into the drum and run a vacuum cycle at high temperature. Repeat this process every two months for regular maintenance.
