Meatball Ingredients:
700 g (1.5 lb) ground beef
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon sweet smoked paprika
1 teaspoon of coriander
1 pinch of black pepper
1 tablespoon dried garlic
2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons paneer breadcrumbs
1 onion, finely chopped
5 eggs
Green onions, chopped
4 cherry tomatoes (or 1 medium tomato), diced
1/2 paprika, diced
100 g (0.2 lb) grated cheese
Butter, for greasing hands and frying
Vegetable oil, for frying
Salt, to taste
Creamy Onion Sauce Ingredients:
1 onion, finely chopped
Butter, for frying
1 tablespoon of flour
150 ml (5 fluid ounces) hot cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the meatballs:
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, sweet smoked paprika, coriander, black pepper, dried garlic, egg yolks and paneer breadcrumbs. Mix well until combined.
Add finely chopped onion, green onions, diced tomatoes and diced paprika to the mixture. Mix until evenly distributed.
Form the mixture into balls the size of large walnuts, greasing your hands with butter if necessary to prevent them from sticking.
Cook the meatballs:
Heat the butter and vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the meatballs on both sides until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
Cook meatballs:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Place the fried meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes or until fully cooked and browned.
Prepare the creamy onion sauce:
In the same pan used to fry the meatballs, add more butter if necessary. Saute the finely chopped onion until golden brown.
Sprinkle the onions with flour and lightly toast them, stirring constantly.
Gradually pour in the warm cream, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve:
Serve the baked meatballs with the creamy onion sauce drizzled over them.
