Tip to make crispy fries without a drop of’oil

2. Peel and cut the potatoes

The second thing to do is  to peel the potatoes , wash them and then cut them  in the format you like the most. We recommend that you do this in very thin sticks, slices or cubes.

3. Mix the’ egg whites

You have to mix the 2 egg whites in a bowl and  season them with the ingredients you have chosen .

4. Attach the potatoes and mix

Mix the cut potatoes with the mixture of eggs and seasonings . Once all is well integrated, you must put everything in a roaster or a plate going to the oven on which you will put baking paper on it.

5. In the oven !

Once you have the ingredients mixed and placed on the sulfurized paper in the mold or plate, you should now place it in the oven and cook them for 8 to 10 minutes .

6. Remove from oven and put back

Once’s have been in the oven for up to 10 minutes and’s have begun to cook, you have to get them out of the oven remove the paper from the base . Do not worry if’s stick you a little, you can easily take them off. And now you must put them back on the rotisserie or baking sheet but without the paper for another 15 minutes or until’ until you see them brown .
