2 eggs
80 grams of sugar
50 grams of corn starch
500 milliliters of milk
300 grams of puff pastry
1 egg

Start by preparing the cream: In a saucepan, mix the eggs with the sugar and cornstarch.
Gradually add the milk while continuing to mix to avoid lumps.
Place the saucepan on the stove and bring to a boil over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the cream thickens.
Let the cream cool.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into strips about 2.5 cm wide.
Prepare a mold for baking.
