Once lemons have been squeezed, they are generally thrown away because it is thought that they can no longer be used in any way.

In truth this citrus fruit, which is never missing from our kitchens, can be exploited in a thousand other ways, all unique and more than useful.

Lemon flavors any dish, whether meat or fish. Sometimes even the peel or juice of the lemon itself is added to the sweet mixtures because in this way they give a delicious aroma and flavor which even removes the strong stench emanating from the egg.
