OLD FASHIONED GOULASH

HOW TO MAKE OLD FASHIONED GOULASH
When I was a kid, my mother used to make traditional goulash, and I wasn’t a huge fan of it. As an adult, it has become one of my favorite go-to comfort meals. Ground meat with tomato sauce and pasta combine to create a flavorful dish that is quick and easy to put together in no time. Not only does it remind me of my gorgeous mother, but it is also one of those dinners that is just mouthwateringly good.
Goulash is a fantastic option if you’re attempting to reduce your food spending limit. When paired with spaghetti and a heavily seasoned tomato-based sauce, a single pound of ground beef may be divided into numerous meals. It has become a popular standard for many people, not only because of its taste but also because of its ease and cost.
Several options are available if you are looking for different vegetables to include in your dish while it is cooking. I keep to the tried-and-true bell pepper, onion, and tomato combination that my mother used to make when I was a child.
Cubed potatoes, carrots, and rutabagas, together with onions, are the classic Hungarian basic ingredients for those who like a more authentic taste.
THE INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR MAKING MY MAMMA’S OLD FASHIONED GOULASH:
Elbow macaroni, I used a Pkg.Of 1 pound.
2 Pounds.Of Ground beef.
½ a medium onion, diced.
3 minced garlic cloves.
2 large spoons. Of Worcestershire sauce.
Tomato sauce, I used two medium cans.
Diced tomatoes, I used two small cans.
Shredded Cheddar cheese, I used one cup.
FOR MORE FLAVORS, I USED THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS TO SEASON MY GOULASH:
2 small spoons.Of dried Oregano.
1 small spoon.Of Basil.
¼ small spoon.Of Rosemary.
1 small spoon.Of Parsley.
¼ small spoon.Of Thyme.
1 small spoon.Of Salt.
½ small spoon.Of Black pepper.
½ small spoon.Of smoked Paprika.

PREPARATION: <!–nextpage–>
First Step:
Bring the water to a boil, add the salt, and then add the macaroni, cooking for 4 minutes before taking from the heat, draining, and leaving this aside.
Second Step:
Make sure to stir constantly while cooking the ground beef and onions for 5-7 minutes, or until the ground beef is cooked thoroughly.
Third Step:
After that, put in the garlic and Worcestershire sauce and mix well to combine.
Fourth Step:
Mix in the tomato sauce, chopped tomatoes, and other seasonings until everything is well-combined.
Fifth Step:
Continue to cook for another 5 to 10 minutes or until the pasta is al dente and the flavors have had a chance to meld together before adding the spaghetti and stirring constantly.
Sixth Step:
If using cheese, you need to stir it in and set it aside to melt before serving.
NOTE:
This is a one-dish meal that many people choose to enjoy on its own. As a result, we often serve a big side salad, as well as some steamed vegetables or even simply some sautéed green beans on the side, as a complement to our main dish.
