Chicken Stuffed with Cheese and Broccoli

Ingredients :

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup cooked and chopped broccoli florets

1 cup grated cheese (choose your favorite)

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon of paprika

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper and paprika.

Gently score each breast to create a pocket.

In a bowl, mix the cooked broccoli florets and grated cheese.

Fill each chicken breast with the broccoli and cheese mixture.

Close the breasts with toothpicks to keep the stuffing inside.

In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Brown the chicken breasts on both sides for about 3 minutes per side.

Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and golden.

Serve hot, accompanied by seasonal vegetables or rice.
