Cauliflower .. No eggs No meat No frying 👌🔝 Delicious, healthy and tasty recipe

Ingredients:
1 cauliflower
1 onion
2 tomatoes
Peppers
Coriander
Olive oil
Cumin
Paprika
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
250 g of mozzarella

Cut the cauliflower into florets and cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes, until tender. Drain and set aside.

In a pan, heat some olive oil and add the chopped onion. Cook until it becomes transparent.

Add the diced peppers and cook until soft.

Add the diced tomatoes and cook until they release their juices.

Season with cumin, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Mix well.

Add the cauliflower florets to the pan and stir to combine with the other ingredients.

Arrange everything on a baking tray.

Cover the mixture with slices of mozzarella.

Bake at 250 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and melted.

Serve your cauliflower and mozzarella casserole hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
